Coachella fest is upon us. As a local to the Coachella Valley this means so many
things
Massive pool parties, great music, tons of out-of-towners and a fashion show unlike
any other you've ever been to. From celebrities to the local high school kids, people
DRESS for Coachella. As music pumps into the air against a desert back drop people
from all over flock to our little oasis because in that moment this is the place to be.
And with them they bring an array of fashion and art.

Several members of the Palm Springs chapter of Rising Tide decided to celebrate all
of the amazing things this music festival helps bring to the valley by planning a
Coachella inspired shoot. During our meeting to discuss ideas we decided to use a
location well known to the festival crowd, The Ace Hotel and Swim Club. It's Old
Palm Springs with a hip makeover. Our models makeup, hair and styling all reflected
the idea of glamorous palm springs with a coachella bohemian twist.
In the session we included festival ready outfits, boho braids and the perfect sunnies
for your day outdoors. Conquer in heels styled this shoot perfectly with gorgeous
pieces from MimiChica and just the right accessories to complete the look.

beautiful freckles.
