ON POINTE

Last year I decided I needed to do a passion project. I had always wanted to photograph dancers on pointe.

Even though my project was interrupted by the big C I am still so grateful I was able to take these photographs before I began my treatment.

I posted a model call and I had several dancers reach out. I had planned on photographing at least three people but unfortunately I was diagnosed with cancer after shooting only two sessions. These images are from the beautiful and talented Celeste
